Ahlei continues to advance at a steady pace, with excavation of the three-level basement nearing completion. This represents a key milestone, as the bulk earthworks phase draws to a close and works shift toward footings, in-ground services, and the structural construction of the basement.

Over the coming quarter, site activity will focus on installing services and forming the basement structure. This will position the development for the next major milestone, being the commencement of the ground floor slab which marks the transition above ground and the start of visible vertical progress.  

This stage is particularly exciting, as it begins to bring the project to life and offers a clearer sense of its scale and overall presence.
