We are pleased to provide you with the latest construction update at Park Lane in Denman Prospect.
Construction continues to progress on site, with the concrete pour now underway on Block 107. This marks another important milestone as the homes will begin to take shape above ground.
Over at Block 106, site clearing and levelling works have now been completed, with the area prepared for the next stage of construction.
The project remains on track for completion in June next year. However, we would like to keep purchasers informed that the recent wet weather has utilised the project’s available weather contingency.
The construction team at RAM continues to work hard to maintain momentum on site. Should there be any change to the anticipated construction timeframe, we will be in touch.

Construction activity has now commenced on site, with multiple excavators actively undertaking bulk earthworks and site clearing across the development. Significant progress has already been made, with the site continuing to take shape ahead of the next stages of civil and structural works.
Based on the current program, target construction completion is anticipated for June next year. The construction team is working hard to maintain momentum on site and we will continue to keep purchasers informed as key milestones are achieved throughout the build.
We are also excited to share another important milestone for the development, Park Lane is now more than 50% sold out. This strong level of buyer demand provides further confidence in the project and the quality of the homes and location you have secured within Denman North.
