Construction at Elm Lane is progressing smoothly, with the team at Elevated continuing to maintain strong momentum on site with the construction schedule on track.
The level of detail across the facades is now really coming through, with the architectural differences between each building clearly defined. The pitched roofs across Townhouse Blocks 1–4 are a standout, enhancing the sense of presence the development has in the suburb. Facade works are nearing completion across all 10 blocks with the range of brickwork and differences in finishes really starting to be revealed.
Windows are almost fully installed across the development, with Duplex Blocks 5–8 completing this week. Scaffolding has also begun to come down across Apartment Blocks 9 & 10, revealing more of the finished exterior detail. Internally, sheeting is completing in the apartment blocks with other blocks to follow soon.
As more and more scaffold comes down Elm Lane is really starting to have presence and I encourage you all to take a drive by to see how much things are progressed.
Construction completion is now targeting the end of July, with settlements anticipated in September.
