March 2025

Construction Update

Final sections of the façade are being installed currently, closing off the last units and common spaces on the podium level.
The materials hoists for all three towers have been removed, allowing us to complete the commissioning of the lifts within each tower
Permanent power has been connected.
The final tower crane has been successfully removed, a huge milestone for the project!
Civil works have commenced to driveways.
Fitout of the amenity spaces in Tower A has commenced.
- Large trees are starting to be planted on the podium, with some trees reaching the height of Level 3 apartments on day 1.
Pergola installation has commenced.
Paving to pathways is being installed, as well as stepping stones and rock paths.
Courtyard fencing has commenced, as has the fencing to the dog park.

Upcoming Works

Looking ahead, the following works are planned over the coming weeks:

Continued landscaping works. It’s exciting seeing these spaces come to life!
Installation of pergolas to continue, and installation of furniture in the landscaped areas.
Defecting of apartments underway.
Civil works (access ways, paths etc.) will continue.

The construction team continues to make excellent progress, and we appreciate your ongoing support. We look forward to sharing further updates, which will now become more regular as we move closer to completion. We will start to outline timeframes, that will help prepare you for pre-settlement inspections as well as starting conversations with your lenders /broker, etc.

Construction Update

Hindmarsh are making great progress on the construction of Woden Green, with many milestones achieved to date and all three towers coming out of the podium.

• WG1 is the leading tower, currently up at Level 5 and targeting to be at Level 9 in June.

• WG2 is sequenced closely behind, currently completing formwork to Level 4 and targeting to be formed to level 8 in June.

• WG3, the final stage of Woden Green, is currently completing formwork to Level 3, targeting to be at Level 6 in June.

Precast façade panels are currently being installed across all towers, and shortly fitout and glazing will commence at the lower levels. The basements have had the stripping of formwork completed in Basement Levels 2 & 3, and throughout part of Basement Level 1 and Ground.

By end June, we will be targeting to raise Tower Crane 1 as we move through the higher levels of the towers!

Whilst the above gives an overview of some key milestones that have been achieved, the below photos give a real visual and appreciation into the progress being made on site.
