Hi, I'm

The Property Collective is pleased to mark the real estate industry debut of Alaka Regi, an enthusiastic, driven, and passionate young professional with a profound desire to make a difference wherever life takes her. Her career transition from an emergency nurse to the world of real estate reflects her passion for helping people in diverse ways. Driven by her love for working with and assisting individuals, she views real estate as an opportunity to challenge herself and develop new skill sets while maintaining her commitment to positively impacting lives.

Alaka's areas of expertise extend beyond the realm of real estate; she is deeply involved in volunteering and community engagement activities. She dedicates her time to organizations like Vinnies and was the inaugural youth representative for the Canberra Malayalee Association. Her passion for volunteering aligns with her goal of creating a positive impact in the lives of those around her. Her approach to her work is characterized by three fundamental principles: respect, integrity, and kindness, values she carries forward from her nursing background.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Alaka leads an active and multifaceted life. She embraces dancing, martial arts, and gym workouts to stay fit. Weekend motorbike rides with friends and family offer her thrilling adventures. Additionally, she is involved in filmmaking and acting, demonstrating her creative side. Her love for reading is evident, with "The Alchemist" being her current favourite book. What may come as a surprise to many is her Irish upbringing, which adds a unique dimension to her identity. Alaka’s vibrant and diverse interests make her a valuable addition to The Property Collective as she embarks on this exciting new chapter in her career.

Want to choose what you pay us to sell your property?

Of course you do, who wouldn’t?

Well, with us you can. You can choose what percentage you think we’re worth once we've sold your property.*

Not only are we all about getting you the highest possible price when we sell your property. We also want you have a bloody great experience during the process. This combo…it’s kind of our thing.

That’s why when we say you can pay us what you think we're worth, we mean it. How well we do our job is measured by you, and so it should be. If you're not over the moon with how we did, you can pay us a lower percentage. If we do a great job, pay us a higher percentage, it's as simple as that.

Think of this approach as your fail safe (not that we’ll fail). So, you’ve got nothing to lose right?
