Bringing four years of experience in real estate to the table, it’s safe to say that Delma Abraham, The Property Collective’s Senior Property Manager, places the client experience as absolutely central to her service. Thanks to previous roles as a restaurant manager and air hostess, she doesn’t miss a beat when it comes to making sure clients receive the first-rate service The Property Collective is renowned for.

Delma came to real estate because customer service is her passion—and because she quickly found herself to love the challenge of matching the right person to the right property; ensuring a favourable outcome for all. A true team player, Delma continually strives to level up on the service she offers her property owners; establishing new communication methods, expanding her knowledge, and always doing her utmost to add more value to her clients’ experience.  

And if you catch her outside of the office? Photography, modelling and art are Delma’s passions, along-side donning her chef’s hat and whipping up exciting new meals in the kitchen. *Chef’s kiss.*

Not only are we all about getting you the highest possible price when we sell your property. We also want you have a bloody great experience during the process. This combo…it’s kind of our thing.

That’s why when we say you can pay us what you think we're worth, we mean it. How well we do our job is measured by you, and so it should be. If you're not over the moon with how we did, you can pay us a lower percentage. If we do a great job, pay us a higher percentage, it's as simple as that.  

Think of this approach as your fail safe (not that we’ll fail). So, you’ve got nothing to lose right?

When entering an exclusive agency agreement with the Property Collective Australia, both the agent and client will determine a fair and equitable ranged commission based on the assumed selling price. This ranged fee will set the parameters for which the client is to determine what they pay us at settlement. The amount for which the client wishes to pay within the ranged fee must be clearly document in writing and provided to concierge@thepropertycollective.com.au and the client's legal representative within 14 business days prior to settlement. Should the client withdraw the property from sale or engage another agency the balance of the marketing funds spent will be due in full. Clients will be eligible to pay us what they think we're worth through signing an exclusive agency agreement with The Property Collective Australia.
