Hi, I'm

Brand new to the real estate industry but with a wealth of experience spanning a range of sectors, it’s safe to say that Collective property manager Liza Jensen, has enjoyed an impressively varied career so far. From starting out in transport and then moving to the maritime superyacht industry, Liza has lived and worked in the UK, Europe, USA and Caribbean for over 15 years.

For Liza though, the chance to forge a career in Canberra surrounded by friends and family has been the pull to call time on her previously nomadic lifestyle, and she brings her signature attention to detail, strong work ethic and ability to communicate with people from all backgrounds and cultures. A natural property manager, Liza’s expertise lies in her ability to provide sound advice and support to both clients and colleagues, to help them reach their goals.

Since returning to Canberra, Liza has been studying a double diploma in Building & Construction Management, all whilst putting down roots in her hometown. She welcomes the next chapter in her life and career with The Property Collective—and just so everyone knows where they stand, she’s a big fan of coriander.

Want to choose what you pay us to sell your property?

Of course you do, who wouldn’t?

Well, with us you can. You can choose what percentage you think we’re worth once we've sold your property.*

Not only are we all about getting you the highest possible price when we sell your property. We also want you have a bloody great experience during the process. This combo…it’s kind of our thing.

That’s why when we say you can pay us what you think we're worth, we mean it. How well we do our job is measured by you, and so it should be. If you're not over the moon with how we did, you can pay us a lower percentage. If we do a great job, pay us a higher percentage, it's as simple as that.

Think of this approach as your fail safe (not that we’ll fail). So, you’ve got nothing to lose right?
