We worked with the client from site acquisition through to commencement of construction. We analysed data to target potential buyers and advised the client to push sustainability boundaries that we knew would resonate with the audience to help gain more sales. We collaborated on the floor plan designs and finishing schedules to ensure that the target audience expectations were met. We have sold 80%, construction finance has been achieved. The remaining properties are at above market price with a sound strategy to maximise sale price closure to completion and get more profit for key stakeholders.
