Andrew Fenton

With over 13 years of dedicated experience in facility maintenance, Andrew Fenton brings a wealth of expertise to The Property Collective. Andrew’s particular areas of passion encompass working in a fast-paced environment, engaging with clients effectively, and leveraging modern technology, which will serve him well in his role as Works Manager and Inspection Coordinator.

Andrew’s decision to join the real estate industry was deeply influenced by his year-long interaction with The Property Collective, where he was captivated by the organization's culture and mission. His career trajectory has seen pivotal shifts, transitioning from a cleaning coordinator role, where he oversaw over 100 staff over seven years, to project coordination, and then to works management.

Beyond his professional life, Andrew is a passionate sports enthusiast, engaging in activities like cricket and golf after a decade of rugby league experience. Nevertheless, nothing holds a candle to the joy he finds in spending time with his wife and daughter. For all of us at The Property Collective, we all look forward to the peace of mind and security that comes with knowing we have an absolute legend in Andrew.

Want to choose what you pay us to sell your property?

Of course you do, who wouldn’t?

Well, with us you can. You can choose what percentage you think we’re worth once we've sold your property.*

Not only are we all about getting you the highest possible price when we sell your property. We also want you have a bloody great experience during the process. This combo…it’s kind of our thing.

That’s why when we say you can pay us what you think we're worth, we mean it. How well we do our job is measured by you, and so it should be. If you're not over the moon with how we did, you can pay us a lower percentage. If we do a great job, pay us a higher percentage, it's as simple as that.

Think of this approach as your fail safe (not that we’ll fail). So, you’ve got nothing to lose right?

When you come home hot and bothered on a 37o day, turn on the air con to the smell of smoke and no cold air.... and a Saturday, it felt like the worst day ever (yes, I know first world problems). A HUGE THANK YOU to Andrew Fenton who did all he could - and more - for a Saturday. Highly impressed. Then Andrew kept us informed and calm along with process to getting the air con replaced, even during our impatience and not coping with the heat while living and working long hours at home.
