The Property Collective's Spring Showcase 2025 Terms and Condition.
1. Campaign Overview
1.1 The Spring Showcase is a promotional campaign run by The Property Collective Services & Operations Pty Ltd (ACN 644 628 937) offering eligible vendors free marketing upgrades valued at over $2,000, plus the opportunity to enter a draw to win a refund of their marketing package cost.
1.2 Participation in the campaign is subject to these Terms and Conditions. By entering, vendors agree to be bound by them.
2. Eligibility
2.1 The campaign is open to residential property vendors who:
- Sign an exclusive agency agreement with The Property Collective between 1 September 2025 and 30 September 2025; and
- Have their property go live on the market between 1 September 2025 and 31 October 2025 (“Campaign Period”).
2.2 Properties must have a signed agency agreement with The Property Collective and an agreed marketing schedule in place.
2.3 Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of The Property Collective are not eligible to win the marketing cost refund but may still participate in the Spring Showcase marketing upgrades.
3. Spring Showcase Inclusions
3.1 Eligible properties listed during the Campaign Period will receive the following upgrades at no additional cost:
- Free half-page feature in Allhomes Print Mag (1 week) — RRP $825
- Free Featured Property listing on region or suburb (2 weeks) — RRP $660
- Free Allhomes portal listing refresh — RRP $330
- Free Audience Boost — RRP $250
3.2 These inclusions are provided as a one-time package for the property during the Campaign Period.
3.3 No substitutions or cash equivalents will be offered for any unused inclusions.
4. Marketing Cost Refund Draw
4.1 All eligible properties will be automatically entered into a draw to win a refund of their full marketing package cost.
4.2 The refund will equal the total marketing package cost paid for the campaign, excluding:
- Any optional upgrades outside the standard marketing schedule; and
- Any vendor-paid extras not listed in Section 3.1.
4.3 The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
4.4 The draw will take place within 7 business days after the Campaign Period ends.
4.5 The winner will be notified via phone and email within 2 business days of the draw.
4.6 The refund will be processed within 14 days of confirming the winner’s eligibility.
5. General Conditions
5.1 The Property Collective reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and may disqualify entries that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
5.2 The Property Collective may cancel or amend the campaign, including the inclusions or draw, due to events beyond its control.
5.3 The Property Collective is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of participating in the campaign or accepting any prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.
5.4 By participating, vendors agree to the use of their name, suburb, and property details for publicity and marketing purposes relating to the campaign, without compensation.
6. Privacy
6.1 The Property Collective will collect and use personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at www.thepropertycollective.com.au/privacy/privacy-policy.
6.2 Information collected will be used solely for the administration of this campaign and related marketing activities.
