Collective Auctions Summer Showcase 2026
1. Campaign Overview
1.1 The Collective Auctions Summer Showcase 2026 is a promotional campaign run by The Property Collective Services & Operations Pty Ltd (ACN 644 628 937). Eligible vendors will receive complimentary marketing upgrades valued at over $2,000, plus the opportunity to enter a draw to have their marketing costs paid (up to a $10,000 refund).
1.2 Participation in the campaign is subject to these Terms and Conditions. By entering, vendors agree to be bound by them.
2. Eligibility
2.1 The campaign is open to residential property vendors who:
- Sign an exclusive agency agreement with The Property Collective between 17 November 2025 and 1 February 2026; and
- Have their property listed live on the market by 1 February 2026 (“Campaign Period”).
2.2 Properties must have a signed agency agreement with The Property Collective and an agreed marketing schedule in place.
2.3 Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of The Property Collective are not eligible to win the marketing refund prize but may still receive the Summer Showcase marketing inclusions.
3. Summer Showcase Inclusions
3.1 Eligible properties listed during the Campaign Period will receive the following upgrades at no additional cost:
- Half-page feature in Allhomes Print Mag (1 week) — RRP $825
- Featured Property listing (region or suburb) for 2 weeks — RRP $660
- Allhomes portal listing refresh — RRP $330
- Audience Boost — RRP $250
3.2 These inclusions are provided once per eligible property during the Campaign Period.
3.3 No substitutions, credits, or cash equivalents are available for unused inclusions.
4. Marketing Refund Draw
4.1 All eligible properties will automatically be entered into a draw to have their marketing costs paid — up to a $10,000 refund.
4.2 The refund applies to:
- The chosen marketing package; and
- Any optional upgrades selected by the vendor,
- up to a total refund value of $10,000.
4.3 The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed as cash or credit.
4.4 The draw will take place live at the Collective Auctions event on 19 February 2026.
4.5 The winner will be notified by phone and email within 2 business days of the draw.
4.6 The refund will be processed within 14 business days of confirming eligibility.

6. General Conditions
6.1 The Property Collective reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and may disqualify entries that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
6.2 The Property Collective may cancel or amend the campaign, inclusions, or draw due to events beyond its control.
6.3 The Property Collective is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of participating in the campaign or accepting the prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
6.4 By participating, vendors agree to the use of their property details, suburb and name for marketing and publicity relating to the campaign.
7. Privacy
7.1 The Property Collective will collect and use personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at:

7.2 Information collected will be used only for administering this campaign and related marketing activities.
