How do I apply?
  • You'll need a Sorted account to fill out an application. Login or set one up here.
  • Once you're logged in, search for the property you want to apply for.
  • Follow the application prompts, ensuring you fill out all required fields.
  • All done! We'll now go through the process of vetting your application and get back to you with an answer as soon as we can.
What if I don’t have any rental references?

Not a problem, everyone has to rent for the first time! A personal reference or employment reference will help us form a suitable summary for the owner. If you have the option of providing guarantor support, please add them in as well.

What if I don’t have a payslip because I’ve started a new job?

If you don’t have a recent payslip, please include a letter of employment which you can request directly from your employer.

When is the property available from?

Click the link to the property you’re interested in and you should see the ‘property availability date’, this indicates when the property is available from.

Can I organise a private inspection?

It’s always best to try and attend an open home as private inspections are not always possible. If for some reason you are unable to make the open home, please call the leasing phone on 0493 545 460 and we will see what we can do.

Does the property allow pets?

Click the property you’re interested in and look to the details written below the images. If there isn’t any mention of pets and you’re applying to live in a strata community, we encourage you to apply with your furry friends!

How do I view the property if I don’t live close by?

If you don’t live close by, you can request a virtual tour or have someone attend on your behalf. We are happy to accept an application with only a virtual tour having taken place, but you will need to view the property in person prior to signing a rental agreement.

What can I expect after I’ve applied?

Our team will be reviewing your application including calling your references. If there is any missing information, or we have any questions during this time we’ll be in touch.

‍We usually complete our application review and reference checks within 3 business days of you submitting your application.

How do I book an inspection?

Head over to allhomes.com.au to see our full range of rental properties.

Find the property you're interested in. There may already be a time listed, but if not, use the Book Inspection button and follow the prompts to register your interest.

Voila! You'll now get an instant notification as soon as a time is booked in.

When is the next open for inspection?

Click the property you’re interested in and view the inspection time listed directly beside the price per week. If no times are listed, please register your interest by clicking the Book Inspection button on the listing. Once you are registered and a new time is set, you will instantly receive an email notifying you.

How much is bond and when does this need to be paid?

A bond is 4 weeks rent and must be paid prior to collecting the keys and moving in.
