Terms & Conditions – The Property Collective Floriade Competition
1. Promoter
1.1 The promoter is The Property Collective Services & Operations Pty Ltd (ACN 644 628 937), in partnership with the National Zoo & Aquarium and Jamala Wildlife Lodge.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Entry is open to all individuals aged 18 years or over.
2.2 Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of The Property Collective, the National Zoo & Aquarium, Jamala Wildlife Lodge and Floriade Australia are ineligible to enter.
3. Competition Period
3.1 The competition opens on Saturday, 13 September 2025 and closes on Sunday, 12 October 2025.
3.2 Winners will be drawn each Monday during the competition period: 22 September, 29 September, 6 October, and 13 October 2025.
4. How to Enter
4.1 To enter, participants must:
- (a) Take a selfie/photo with one of The Property Collective’s signboards located at Floriade.
- (b) Upload the photo to Instagram or Facebook.
- (c) Tag The Property Collective, National Zoo and Aquarium, Jamala Wildlife Lodge and Floriade Australia in the post.
- (d) Follow The Property Collective, National Zoo and Aquarium, Jamala Wildlife Lodge and Floriade Australia on the platform used for entry.
4.2 Accounts must be set to public at the time of entry to allow verification.
4.3 Each entrant can submit up to four entries by posting a unique photo with each of the four signboards located around Floriade.
4.4 Only photos posted during the competition period are valid.
4.5 Incomplete, duplicate, or fraudulent entries will be deemed invalid.
5. Prizes
5.1 Each weekly winner may choose one prize only:
- A Family Day Pass to the National Zoo & Aquarium; OR
- Dinner for Two at Jamala Wildlife Lodge.
5.2 Four prizes in total will be awarded across the competition period.
5.3 Each prize is valid until 31 December 2025.
5.4 Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
6.1 Winners will be drawn at random from valid entries submitted during the relevant week.
6.2 Winners will be announced via The Property Collective’s social media channels and contacted directly via direct message on the platform they entered on.
7. Use of Entries
7.1 By entering, participants grant The Property Collective, the National Zoo & Aquarium, Jamala Wildlife Lodge and Floriade Australia the right to use, reproduce, and share their submitted photo(s) for promotional purposes across digital and print channels, without further compensation.
8. General Conditions
8.1 The Property Collective reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.
8.2 The Property Collective is not responsible for technical issues (e.g., network failures, tagging errors, platform outages) that may prevent valid entry.
8.3 This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.
9. Privacy
9.1 The Property Collective will collect and use personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at www.thepropertycollective.com.au/privacy/privacy-policy.
9.2 Information collected will be used solely for the administration of this competition and related marketing activities.
