Inspecting and applying for a rental property

How to book an inspection

The easiest way to book an inspection is through allhomes.com.au
  • Head over to allhomes.com.au to see our full range of rental properties.
  • Find the property you're interested in. There may already be a time listed, but if not, use the Book Inspection button and follow the prompts to register your interest.
  • Voila! You'll now get an instant notification as soon as a time is booked in.
Please note due to current COVID circumstances we are unable to offer one-on-one inspections, however virtual tours can be arranged as required.

How to apply for a property

We want to make the application process as simple and as fast as possible, so we use Sorted.
  • You'll need a Sorted account to fill out an application. Login or set one up here.
  • Once you're logged in, search for the property you want to apply for.
  • Follow the application prompts, ensuring you fill out all required fields.
  • All done! We'll now go through the process of vetting your application and get back to you with an answer as soon as we can.
Top tip: Is the unit you're searching for not coming up? Try including the '/' after the unit number e.g. 204/3.

What to expect after you've applied

Well done on submitting your application, we know they can be a lot! Now it's our turn to do the work.
1. What happens after I apply?
Our team will be reviewing your application including calling your references. If there is any missing information, or we have any questions during this time we’ll be in touch.
2. When will I know if my application is successful or not?
We usually complete our application review and reference checks within 3 business days of you submitting your application.
