Have you organised your blinds?

No tenant wants to move into an apartment without blinds, that's why it's crucial they are installed prior to settlement. Use the link below to arrange your window coverings with Watson Blinds - Geocon's preferred supplier. Just let them know your unit number and they'll get it sorted.

Please note that blinds must be in prior to a tenant commencing.

We’ll take care of your 90-day maintenance
inspection for you.

If you are not obsessed with property like us, it would take a bit of reading to get up to speed on what constitutes a defect. You would need to also have a good understanding of the guides and tolerances surrounding the defective issues. And we get you probably have better things to do with your time.
