Dan Hawcroft

Dan Hawcroft, is an Estate Agent at The Property Collective. His real estate journey began as a Senior Leader at Allhomes, part of the Domain Group, for over 4 years. During that time he discovered his passion for helping people achieve their property goals.

His love for the ever-evolving real estate market and its integration with technology keep him engaged, motivated, and results orientated. Dan's expertise lies in cross-discipline marketing, with a strong focus on using property data to make informed decisions. His career highlights include being a finalist for Business Development Professional of the Year at the Australian Law Awards 2019, winning the Domain Cheers for Peers award in FY23 and being part of the The Property Collectives award winning marketing team in 2024.

Outside of work, Dan enjoys coaching rugby at Uni-Norths Junior Rugby Union Club and has a passion for collecting vintage skateboard decks. A fun fact about Dan is that he's never had a hot drink in his life. He also shares a close bond with his Stumpy Tail Cattle Dog, Gibson, who is his best mate.

When entering an exclusive agency agreement with the Property Collective Australia, both the agent and client will determine a fair and equitable ranged commission based on the assumed selling price. This ranged fee will set the parameters for which the client is to determine what they pay us at settlement. The amount for which the client wishes to pay within the ranged fee must be clearly document in writing and provided to concierge@thepropertycollective.com.au and the client's legal representative within 14 business days prior to settlement. Should the client withdraw the property from sale or engage another agency the balance of the marketing funds spent will be due in full. Clients will be eligible to pay us what they think we're worth through signing an exclusive agency agreement with The Property Collective Australia.
End of year free marketing offer terms and conditions: a minimum fee of 2.75% or at the agents' discretion. Standout marketing package value: $4,305. Agreement must be signed by December 31st, 2022. To be advertised online before 28th February 2023. Does not include the auctioneer's fee. If the property is withdrawn from market, then the cost of marketing spent is to be paid by the vendor.
