Dan Hawcroft

Dan Hawcroft is an Estate Agent and Auctioneer at The Property Collective, combining strategic marketing expertise, property data and a considered approach to help clients make confident decisions when buying and selling property.

Dan’s real estate career began in 2020 in a senior leadership role at Allhomes, part of the Domain Group, where he developed a strong understanding of how technology, data and buyer behaviour influence property outcomes. Today, that experience shapes his approach to property sales, combining market insight with targeted positioning and digital strategy to create competition and achieve strong results for his clients.

In 2026, Dan was the recipient of the REIACT Achievement Award at the REIACT Awards for Excellence and was named a finalist in the REIACT Auctioneer of the Year Awards for the 2nd consecutive year. His other career highlights include contributing to The Property Collective’s award winning marketing team in 2024, receiving the Domain Cheers for Peers Award in FY23, and being named a finalist for Business Development Professional of the Year at the Australian Law Awards in 2019.

Dan is passionate about providing clear advice, strong communication and a highly considered sales experience. Outside of real estate, Dan is passionate about rugby union, having coached for over 6 years and leading his female junior team to a Grand Final victory in 2025. Away from the sidelines, he collects vintage skateboard decks, is a published author, and enjoys exploring Canberra’s bushwalking trails with his Stumpy Tail Cattle Dog and best mate, Gibson.
