Erin Miller

Erin Miller is a Property Management Executive with three years of industry experience and a renewed enthusiasm for returning to real estate. She began her career in June 2020 as a Property Management Assistant before progressing to managing her own portfolio in 2022. After stepping away from the industry in 2023 and relocating to Brisbane, Erin realised how much she missed the people-facing side of real estate and the satisfaction that comes from caring for clients’ homes.

Originally entering real estate with no prior exposure to the industry, Erin quickly discovered a genuine enjoyment for getting out, meeting people, and helping others. While time away from property management has brought plenty of change, she sees this as an opportunity rather than a challenge and is excited to learn, adapt, and grow alongside an evolving industry. Her approach to work is practical and organised, with a strong love for lists and the simple joy of ticking tasks off as the day progresses.

Outside of work, Erin leads an active lifestyle and enjoys spending as much time outdoors as possible. You’ll often find her at the gym, camping, four-wheel driving, or hunting for hidden bargains at local op-shops. Moving to Brisbane has been a personal highlight for Erin, offering a fresh start and the chance to re-ignite a career she’s genuinely passionate about.

When entering an exclusive agency agreement with the Property Collective Australia, both the agent and client will determine a fair and equitable ranged commission based on the assumed selling price. This ranged fee will set the parameters for which the client is to determine what they pay us at settlement. Should the client withdraw the property from sale or engage another agency the balance of the marketing funds spent will be due in full. Clients will be eligible to pay us what they think we're worth through signing an exclusive agency agreement with The Property Collective Australia.
