Jacob Stanton

With over a decade in real estate, Jacob Stanton has built a reputation as one of Canberra’s most consistent and trusted performers. Known for his straight-talking advice, strategic thinking and strong negotiation, Jacob focuses on one thing — achieving the best possible result for his clients.

His reputation isn’t built on hype. It’s built on performance — backed by more than 600 verified five-star reviews, repeat clients and long-term relationships. Sellers choose Jacob because he communicates clearly, runs disciplined campaigns and knows how to position a property to create real competition. Every home has a story — and he makes sure buyers feel it.

As the lead of Team Stanton, winners of the 2025 REIACT Residential Sales Team of the Year and National Finalists, Jacob operates with structure, accountability and a high-performance mindset. He has also been recognised individually as a finalist for Salesperson of the Year and consistently ranks among the ACT’s top agents based on genuine client feedback.

Before real estate, Jacob built a successful career in health, fitness and franchising — industries that shaped his discipline, resilience and ability to connect with people. That same focus now drives his approach to property: preparation, performance and confident negotiation under pressure.

Outside of work, he’s a husband and dad who understands that moving isn’t just a transaction — it’s a significant life moment. Every sale is treated with that responsibility in mind.

Straightforward advice. Strategic campaigns. Strong negotiation. No shortcuts.

Want to choose what you pay us to sell your property?

Of course you do, who wouldn’t?

Well, with us you can. You can choose what percentage you think we’re worth once we've sold your property.*

Not only are we all about getting you the highest possible price when we sell your property. We also want you have a bloody great experience during the process. This combo…it’s kind of our thing.

That’s why when we say you can pay us what you think we're worth, we mean it. How well we do our job is measured by you, and so it should be. If you're not over the moon with how we did, you can pay us a lower percentage. If we do a great job, pay us a higher percentage, it's as simple as that.

Think of this approach as your fail safe (not that we’ll fail). So, you’ve got nothing to lose right?

Testimonials

We highly recommend Jacob, he gave us plenty of advice about the renovation and display to make the house more attractive. Jacob is also a good communicator. He kept updating the status to us and the potential buyers while the house was on the market. Both the buyer and the seller were satisfied with the efficient communication. It was pleased to work with Jacob and we would recommend him to everyone.

-Jenny & Peng

There is a reason Jacob is in the top 5% of agents in the ACT. This wasn’t our first rodeo, however Jacob’s professionalism and willingness to assist through the sale process was a standout. He was attentive to our needs and understood the importance of balancing the relationship between us and the seller. Our expectations of him were exceeded, and as such, we would strongly recommend him as a friendly, trustworthy agent whether buying/selling.

- Katey & Ryan

Jacob was a great agent. He knew the market very well, highlighted his process and negotiation skills. Jacob has excellent communication skills, he contacted us as much we needed throughout the process, without being overbearing.  Jacob went above and beyond with his service and professionalism, offering assistance and guidance at each crucial stage.

- Brian & Faye

If I could rate Jacob higher than 5/5 I would! Jacob has been outstanding and nothing has been too much trouble. Jacob has an engaging and confident personality and I am sure that is half the reason why Jacob can achieve a great price in a quick timeframe. I cannot fault Jacob, if I needed to sell or buy again, he would be my first contact.
