Jarryd

What began as an interest in drawing floorplans at home at the tender age of 14 has blossomed into a thriving career for Jarryd; The Property Collective’s Operations Manager. Jarryd insists he never had to wonder what he would do for a career—it was merely a question of when he could start in the real estate industry.

Jarryd’s passion for operations, client relationship management and technology mean he’s the perfect person to streamline and strengthen The Property Collective’s systems and processes; in turn creating plenty of time and energy to focus on what we do best: helping clients.

Jarryd’s award-studded career has seen him speak to 200 agents as a guest speaker at the annual Dexar Springboard event, become a finalist in the 2017 REIACT Business Development Manager of the Year award and receive the Innovators of the Year award alongside our very own Will Honey at the REI National Awards in Perth.

When he’s not working, the through-and-through Canberran can be found exercising, spending time with family and friends or catching a wave or two along the South Coast.

Not only are we all about getting you the highest possible price when we sell your property. We also want you have a bloody great experience during the process. This combo…it’s kind of our thing.

That’s why when we say you can pay us what you think we're worth, we mean it. How well we do our job is measured by you, and so it should be. If you're not over the moon with how we did, you can pay us a lower percentage. If we do a great job, pay us a higher percentage, it's as simple as that.  

Think of this approach as your fail safe (not that we’ll fail). So, you’ve got nothing to lose right?

When entering an exclusive agency agreement with the Property Collective Australia, both the agent and client will determine a fair and equitable ranged commission based on the assumed selling price. This ranged fee will set the parameters for which the client is to determine what they pay us at settlement. The amount for which the client wishes to pay within the ranged fee must be clearly document in writing and provided to concierge@thepropertycollective.com.au and the client's legal representative within 14 business days prior to settlement. Should the client withdraw the property from sale or engage another agency the balance of the marketing funds spent will be due in full. Clients will be eligible to pay us what they think we're worth through signing an exclusive agency agreement with The Property Collective Australia.
