Andrew Metcalf is a Project Agent with The Property Collective’s Projects team, bringing over six years of hands-on experience across property management, off-the-plan sales, and short-term accommodation strategy. With a background in construction and mining, Andrew offers a unique perspective when it comes to understanding property from the ground up—literally. His passion for real estate comes from a genuine interest in how people live and invest, and a love of the ever-evolving nature of the industry.

Andrew thrives in the project marketing space, where he gets to be involved from concept to completion, helping shape design outcomes and guide buyers through big decisions with clarity and care. Whether he’s consulting on styling for short-term stays or helping vendors navigate financial modelling, his approach is always tailored, honest, and refreshingly low-key. For Andrew, real estate is about relationships as much as results—and he prides himself on creating an experience that feels seamless and collaborative.

Outside of work, you’ll often find Andrew exploring Canberra’s hidden dining gems, taking his dog Charlie for walks around Lake Burley Griffin, or heading down the coast for a change of pace. He’s also a fan of bouldering and any activity that gets him moving—and thinking.

When entering an exclusive agency agreement with the Property Collective Australia, both the agent and client will determine a fair and equitable ranged commission based on the assumed selling price. This ranged fee will set the parameters for which the client is to determine what they pay us at settlement. The amount for which the client wishes to pay within the ranged fee must be clearly document in writing and provided to concierge@thepropertycollective.com.au and the client's legal representative within 14 business days prior to settlement. Should the client withdraw the property from sale or engage another agency the balance of the marketing funds spent will be due in full. Clients will be eligible to pay us what they think we're worth through signing an exclusive agency agreement with The Property Collective Australia.
