Jason Maxwell

Bringing a mega 31 years of experience to the team, Jason Maxwell is a fourth-generation real estate agent who’s pioneering a Property Collective presence in Queanbeyan. Having lived there all his life, his local knowledge, impeccable reputation, and strong sales record render him a true asset to The Property Collective team.

Jason’s approach is a simple one; achieve the best results for his clients by keeping their best interests at the heart of the process, every step of the way. He believes in creating clients for life and does so by bringing unparalleled professionalism, enthusiasm for his job and depth of market knowledge to each and every element of the client journey.

When he’s not scooping up awards left, right and centre (we’re talking 8 of the last 9 Rate my Agent Queanbeyan Agent of the Year awards, as well as top 3 and top 5 Canberra/Queanbeyan awards!). Jason enjoys spending time with his wife, Kylie, their two adult children and their spoodle, Buster. If they’re not travelling Australia or the world or spending time at their beach house on the coast, they’re fishing, watching sports, or enjoying many a date night in the local area. Cheers to that, Jason!

Want to choose what you pay us to sell your property?

Of course you do, who wouldn’t?

Well, with us you can. You can choose what percentage you think we’re worth once we've sold your property.*

Not only are we all about getting you the highest possible price when we sell your property. We also want you have a bloody great experience during the process. This combo…it’s kind of our thing.

That’s why when we say you can pay us what you think we're worth, we mean it. How well we do our job is measured by you, and so it should be. If you're not over the moon with how we did, you can pay us a lower percentage. If we do a great job, pay us a higher percentage, it's as simple as that.

Think of this approach as your fail safe (not that we’ll fail). So, you’ve got nothing to lose right?

Testimonials

We highly recommend Jason from The Property Collective, his knowledge of the market and his commitment to selling our home made the whole process stress free for us.We couldn’t have asked for a smoother stress free process.

- Tammy

This is the third time we have worked with Jason, having bought and sold with him before. I wouldn't trust anyone else to sell my house in Queanbeyan. Jason's knowledge of the local market is second to none. Jason is fantastic to work with, friendly, answering all our questions and remaining calm and positive throughout our very long sale experience.

- Sam

Here’s͏ to the property collective. Jason was great to deal with from start to finish, he was on the ball with the ever changing interest rate and property market. He found our buyer so we can move onto our next adventure. All in all Jason and Kylie were great to deal with and would use again.

- Steven

The͏ very highest recommendation!!!Jason impressed me from the very beginning! He was friendly and enthusiastic about working with us.Because we were selling my dad's house remotely (we live in Sydney) Jason was super helpful in organising the help we needed to get the property ready to sell, nothing was too much trouble!!! He liased with the solicitors to navigate the complex legal requirements in relation to probate and took the stress of the sale off us.
